At last night's (2/15/2024) Red Arrow District Dinner (Kenosha and Racine counties), Kathy Anderson ran the Court of Honor to present the District Award of Merit to two district Scouters. Kathy called upon all District Award of Merit recepients in attendance to the front of the room. With room lights dimmed, Tim and the rest of the 35+ in that honored group lit candles to show the spirit of Scouting. Quite a few T-161 Scouters have earned the DAM over the years, which shows their committment to the Scouting community, both at T-161 and beyond.
