I would like to thank my family who has supported me through all 40 years of scouting. They have given up so much so that I could participate in Scouting. I am not sure who was more surprised I was retiring, the Scouts or my family. The family has grown a bit since this picture was taken. Some are no longer with us too. As I get ready to retire as Scoutmaster I hope to spend more time with them. Time is precious and you have to live each day, as we have learned, you don’t know what tomorrow will bring. Thank you family for making me the Scoutmaster I was, for supporting me and encouraging me along the way. A few of them even served in Scouting positions with me. Thank you, family, you are TREMENDOUS!
