Ready for a Blast?
Event:Shotgun Shooting
Date: June 16, 2014
Time: 5:45 – 8:00 pm
Location: Racine County Line Rifle Club
Uniform: Class B- Red Shirt
Program: Learn to shoot safely. Scouts: You must be at least 12 years old on this date & be big enough to handle a shotgun safely. Shoot one (1) “round” of “Trap”, shooting at (25) clay birds. Includes birds, shot gun shells and the use of a range shotgun, if needed. Under 12 years of age on this day? No problem! The range will have air rifles and targets for your use, NO Charge. Please note this on the sign-up sheet.
All: You may bring you own shotgun if you make arrangements with Mr. F. prior to event. We will be using ear and eye protection, please bring your own if you have it.
Transportation: Transportation will not be provided. We will meet at the rifle range. The range is located off of 7 Mile Road ~¼ mile East of Hwy 32 and just East of the RR tracks. Go east (from 32) on 6 Mile to Michna Rd head North to 7 Mile and turn WEST (left) (there is a gun club at the corner, but that is NOT the correct one) back to the railroad tracks, at the end of the road, there will be a gravel road to the right. Follow the long rough gravel road slowly to the North, through several gates, through the woods and past the red clubhouse (it is a long slow drive). Please follow the posted speed limits carefully on gun club property.
