And they are off!

Our Scouts who are attending Philmont left Friday on their way to Philmont Scout Ranch. They will take part in a 72 Mile backpacking trip in the southern tip of the Rockies. You can follow their trip by printing out this page Day one is July 12, and add a day down the side.

This Monday’s Meeting

Event: North Beach Park

Date: July 14, 2014

Time: 6:00 – 8:00 PM

Location: Kewanee Street, Racine

Uniform: Class B- Red Shirt

Cost: Free

Early Payment: Still Free

Program: Enjoy a night of swimming, volleyball and plenty of water games at the North Beach Park. Please wear shark repellent! Don’t forget your sand toys too!

Transportation: NA- Your parent’s car!! Scouts should be picked up at 8:00 PM at the North Beach parking lot.

Lyle is quickly approaching

Are you planning for what advancement you are working on while at camp? BE PREPARED and plan ahead and get what you need to finish your badge work. The more you get prepared before you leave for camp, the more time you will have for doing the FUN stuff.

Lyle Leader Meeting

We will be holding the Lyle Adult meeting/picnic at MY HOUSE 5817 Middle Rd on Sunday July 27th at 6 PM for all those adults going to Lyle to do the final preparation for camp. We will grilling and more detail will be in next week’s BSB. The Lyle list online has been updated to include those adults who have signed up, so if you are not on the list and think you should be, please let me know. If you have not turned in your med form yet, YOU ARE LATE!!!
