WOW, what a summer!
It’s now time to gather up all the awards you earned from the summer full of fun and work. Court of Honor will be at 6:30 this Monday at Cascia Hall. See all Scouts in Class A uniform, and their parents to celebrate all these accomplishments! We will also be kicking off the fall activities along with the Wreath sales, you won’t want to miss it! You can get your Court of Honor handout HERE! PW is T161. Be sure to sign up for events sooner than later, you won’t want to miss out some great events! See you Monday!
Elections!
Well some of you want to make a difference in your troop, others might want to advance and need a leadership position, and even more just want to improve their leadership skills, and should be running for a leadership, if any of that is you, be sure to fill out a leadership form. Elections are next week, but you should turn in your form is this week. Be leader, do it! Form is HERE
Philmont
We announced a while back about a council contingent for to Philmont 2016, you can find info on that HERE. As a Troop, we discussed at the last committee meeting would there be interest in a TROOP Philmont trip for 2017, if there is interest, the lottery for Philmont 2017 will be coming up this fall, send me a note if you are interested in a 2017 Philmont trip so we know if we should get in the lottery.
Scout Accounts!
Everyone should have gotten your statement on your Scout Account balance for the busy summer, many have spent more money than they had and owe the troop money, please bring money to settle your bill. If you didn’t get a statement, be sure to let Mrs. Hardesty know.
Wreath Sales
We will be kicking off the wreath sales THIS Monday so that you can get out and sell sooner than later, this is a great chance to get out pay your way for future Scout activities! Get out and sell!
