Busy Weekend

Scouting for Food-Bag pick up is this weekend at St. Rita at 9 AM. We found out that another unit did part of the same area we had, so after reviewing the duplicated areas, we will have a smaller spot to pick this Saturday, it should go rather quickly. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Gina Hannemann.

The Troop Annual Dinner

The Troop Annual dinner is THIS weekend, the receptions starts at 5:45 and dinner is at 6:15 in the School Gym. We will be recognizing some great people this weekend along with our newest Eagle Scout Kyler Krenzke. Just a reminder to all, about pot luck dinner.

Potluck Dinner Recommendations

Each troop family should bring a two dishes

to pass-Vegetable, salad, fruit or Jello.

NO desserts nor Mostaccioli, please.

(10-12 servings each)

The troop is providing the main dish, so please try to follow this recommendation. If you can bring extra, that is fine. Don’t forget to pick up your bowls and utensils after the dinner. Anyone who plans on attending and did not RSVP, please TEXT ME at 262-930-0424. We want to make sure as we set up on Saturday we have enough space/and food for everyone. Set up will begin at 1 PM, for those who signed up, we are counting on you, we can use more help than those who signed up, so if you can help, be at the gym at 1 PM. Scouts, If Daniel recruited you to be in part of the ceremony, plan on being at St. Rita between 3 and 3:30, we will do a run through as soon as everyone is there. This should have us all set for a great Annual Dinner presentation! Hope to see you all there!

This Monday

Just a reminder that this Monday is a PLC (Patrol Leaders Council) meeting which is just for the youth leaders of the Troop. The rest have the night off. NEXT WEEK, during spring break, we will have an advancement night at CBTL (436 Four Mile Rd) for anyone who wants to drop in and work on things. Older scouts, a great time to make arrangements with a Merit Badge Counselor to stop in and work on things with you. Make that call to get them there. Scouts not yet First Class, we will work on many of those requirement on Monday.

That’s it, hope to see you this weekend, also have a great Easter weekend next weekend. Thanks in advance for helping out this weekend.

Thanks

Mr. F.
