Med Forms are due!

Did you get your med form in yet? If not, be sure to get it in this week. All physical exams must be since July 2015 or later. If you have not scheduled an exam yet and your doctor does not have any appointments available, you can also check with local clinics such as Walgreens who will do these exams, sometimes cheaper than your insurance deductible.

Product Sales

This Monday Mrs. Miller will have the product (popcorn or plants) sales items for you to pick up. If you want them this weekend, you might be able to pick them up at her house.

Did you pay for camp?

Don’t forget if you didn’t pay for summer camp, you need to bring your payment this Monday. Sorry the early fee has passed, so you will have to pay the late fee.

This is the last call for sign up for High Adventure. We are considering moving it to August so that more people can attend, be sure to reply to the email earlier this week
