This Monday

This Monday we will be doing realistic first aid, which always a big hit. Anyone who is a little queasy by the sight of (fake) blood be aware we will be using some this Monday. Come and learn all about first aid and maybe even get some things signed off in your book.

Last night for advancement

This Monday is the last night to turn in advancement for the upcoming Court of Honor on June 5th. If you have any advancement including first class trail items, merit badges or rank advancement. Those who are ready for rank advancement, be sure to let us know at the beginning of the meeting so that we can get it done before the meeting is over.

Off a couple weeks

After this week, we will have the next two Mondays off, next week is PLC and then the week after that is Memorial day. After that, see you June 5th.

Honor Flight

We have extended the sign up for the June 9th Honor flight to include THIS Monday. Please fill out the fact sheet to sign up. I know that some of you have turned in PHOTO ID’s and I have signed you up based on that info. I also know some people do not have Photo ID’s, if you do not have one, please note that on the signup sheet (That includes those who already told me they didn’t have ID’s, not sure I remembered them all). The Honor flight is a great experience to honor our veterans, you can check out the fact sheet HERE. We will be honoring one of own too, Mrs. Andersen will be a guardian for her father, Mr. Ron Brinkmann, also a committee member of our Troop. This is a great experience, you don’t want to miss it! Med Forms

Med forms are now PAST DUE!!! If you have not turned in a current med form, now is the time to do it. All Scouts must have a yearly medical form regardless if they are going to camp or not. Safety first! Sorry can’t take you to camp if we don’t have a current form.
