This WEEK Pool Party / Campfire

Time: 6:00 – 9:00 pm

Location: Dobrowski House - 5430 River Hills Racine, WI 53402 Off of 4 Mile Road and Old Farm Road,

between Hwy 31 and Hwy 38

Uniform: Swim suit, towel

Cost: $7.00 by 7/10/2017

Program: Enjoy swimming, a hot tub, and a camp fire. Pizza and drinks will be served.

First Class Trail

The scouts working on their trial to first class, especially those who were first years at camp did a lot of work at camp, but did not get tested on it and have it signed off in their book. Seeing between July 24- August 7 we have a good part of our Troop at Philmont, and we do not have meetings scheduled, we are going to take Monday July 24th and make it an Advancement Night for our younger scouts to work on advancement, focused on worked from new scout to First Class. If you are a First year, this is a great time to get a lot of the skills you may have learned signed off or even learn them if you were not at camp. We will meet at CBTL 436 Four Mile Rd from 6:30 to 8 PM. If we have a great turn out for this day, we may schedule another date this summer.

Philmont Trip

Our older scouts are headed off to Philmont Scout Ranch for their 14 day backpacking trip on Monday July 24, keep them in your thoughts and prays for a safe and enjoyable trip along with good weather.
