Wreath pick up THIS weekend

THIS weekend will be Wreath pick up We will be picking them up at Miller Park in the morning of Saturday the 18th. Once we get back we will sort the orders out in my backyard. Once that is done, we will call you when the order is ready. Seeing we will be starting pretty early, your orders should be ready by mid-day, but as I said, we will call as we finish picking the orders. Never been to my house? I am on the NE corner of Middle Rd and Cardinal Drive (5817 Middle Rd but is no mailbox on Middle Rd). My driveway/mailbox is off Cardinal Drive.

For those who qualified for deliveries, we will also be delivering those sometime late morning to early afternoon, so plan on being home. The way I see it, the following families will get their wreaths delivered. (A. Andersen, Koenig, Lentz, Mallum, McGrath, Miller, Svoren, Townsand, Yonkovich ) for having a combined total of $1000 or more in wreaths. GREAT SALES! Sorry not everyone can be first. The rest will be expected to come and pick them up on Saturday, if you are not going to be home or would like us to call a cell number or would like to make OTHER arrangements, just drop me an email. I will print them out and stick them in your order so those picking orders will have the information.

Please open up bundles and check wreaths right away when you get your order to make sure they all look good, we will be able to exchange bad wreaths till Friday morning when we can get them replaced by the wreath company. Any time after that point it will be hit or miss, depending on if we have what you need on hand.

Looking for HELP!

We are a little short on help for Saturday morning for wreath pick up. Expecting all PLC members to attend to help, please confirm with Brett D, if you are an older scout who is not in PLC and can help, please let myself or Brett know. Could use one more adult too, let me know via text, email or call. (262-930-0424)

Want to sell more wreaths?

WE NEED HELP! We will be manning Store sales at Kortendicks and Kmart on the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving, We still have 8 Scout/Parent combo spots open, and 10 Scout spots open for store sales, so WE NEED TO FILL THOSE SPOTS! PLEASE HELP!!! If you would like to sign up for those, ask about it when you pick up your wreaths OR contact Mr. Latyshev and get your name on the list. See the TROOP EVENT ROSTERS for the schedule. Be sure to check the schedule for when you are supposed to be at the store(s).

Show me the money

All money for wreaths will be due on Dec 4 or Dec 11. You don’t have to bring the money till then. If it is possible, please have your parents write a check for all the funds just so we don’t have a lot of cash floating around on collection night.

See you Monday night for the Troop meeting. Just reminder that this Monday is the final night to turn in advancement for the Court of Honor in a couple weeks. Your Patrol Leader may be arranging a Patrol Meeting for Monday November 27th. If your patrol leader doesn’t tell you about the details on Monday, ask him about it.
