Another busy weekend…

We have another busy weekend coming up for Scouts

-9AM will be Scouting for food, meet at St. Rita at 9 AM dress for walking and picking up bags and getting it delivered to the food pantry

-1 PM Anyone who wants to help with the set up for the Annual Dinner, we will be at the Gym at 1 PM. Help would be appreciated.

-5:45 Annual dinner and Eagle Court of Honor at the School gym

-Need help cleaning up after the dinner, please stick around and help out!

Annual Dinner

Don’t forget, everyone attending the Annual dinner should bring the following.

Potluck Dinner Recommendations

Each troop family should bring two dishes to pass.

(10-12 servings each)

NO desserts nor Mostaccioli, please.

It is highly recommended you put your name on your dish and cover so that if it is left behind we can get it to you. If you want what is left over in your dish after the dinner, be sure to grab it before the buffet table is cleared, dishes will be collected and washed so you have a clean dish to take home. All Scouts should be in the best Class A uniform they have.

Mondays Meeting

This Monday we will be having a guest speaker on Robotics. He will be talking about how robots are built and will have a few to show off too. You might even get a chance to run one, don’t miss this Monday's meeting.

Sign up for Summer Camp Merit Badges

We will be handing out the info this Monday for signing up for Merit Badges online for this summer at Camp Freeland Leslie. If anyone needs help with the sign-up process, lets us know, we are happy to help you. For our first year scouts, we will get you enrolled in the new scout program and don’t have to worry signing up for anything more than camp right now.

Pizza Party

Sorry, I have gotten behind on hosting the Pizza party for the big wreath salesmen. Watch your personal email for date and time for the pizza party, should be in your email box soon. Sorry about the delay.

Do you like Weather?

There is a Tornado Awareness and Spotter seminar at Gateway on Tuesday, April 2nd, just polling to see if moving the meeting from Monday to Tuesday would be a problem for people. Let me know if it is. We will move our planned April 1st meeting to April 8th. The meeting would run from 6 PM to 8 PM as well. Let me know if that is a problem, otherwise, we will book for that day.

Remember it still is not too early to sign up for some upcoming events. Especially Lock in which is due this week!
