Happy Summer!

Well, a few more days of School left and then it is SUMMER TIME!! Do you know what goes with summertime? Our Super Summer program! Before we kick off super summer program, let's gather and celebrate the accomplishments of the past quarter at the Court of Honor. Parents and scouts should plan on attending. After we do that, we will kick off an action-packed summer with the Super Summer program with some awesome presentations about the upcoming events. We have been juggling a few programs, trying to keep the cost down, but unfortunately, we are not ready to finalize them so we will have to fill you in on those events at a later date. You can see what all the accomplishments and the Super Summer Program calendar in the Court of Honor Handout HERE, the password is T161.

Summer Camp Kick off

We will have our camp info night right after the Court of Honor, so stick around for that info as well. Don’t forget to sign up for your merit badges you want to work on at camp, if you need the login info, please let me know or I will have it at the meeting on Monday night. Anyone who needs help, we can do that on Monday too.

Med Forms

Did you turn in an updated med form for this year? If not you are LATE! Mrs. Heather Molnar is collecting the info, if you have questions, please contact her and get it taken care of. We can not take you to camp unless we have a current med form on file, let’s wrap that up.

Camp Adults

Don’t forget, all adults going to camp, must be registered, which is no big problem, but you must also complete Youth Protection Training. Be sure to get that done before camp. You can go to my.scouting.org to do that any time. Be sure to give us a copy of the completed certificate.

Scout Accounts

You will get your Scout Account sheet shortly, you may have noticed you owe the Troop some money (if you have a positive balance). There were several people who did not pay the second camp fee, and we took it out of our your account to make sure you got the benefit of the early fee. Please be sure to settle that up SOON, should be settled up before camp. If you signed up for any merit badges that have extra fees, that will come out of your account automatically as well, some of those fees have not been subtracted from your account yet.
