Need a Lift?

This Monday’s meeting will be dealing with hydraulics, come to the meeting and learn about how out hydraulics make our world go around! And up and down too!

The Great Escape

Just a reminder next weekend is the Escape room, there is still time to sign up, but Monday is it. If you have not signed up, be sure to do so. It will be a fun event!

Merit Badge Tech

The councils offers as very fun and exciting program called Merit Badge Tech which this year will be held on March 7th. You should check out what it has to offer HERE. There is a wide list of merit badges being offered and registration opens TODAY so get out to the site and get signed up for a great merit badge experience. Don’t forget, once you get signed up, remember, you need to get a blue card for all merit badge work, even events like Merit Tech.

Scout Sunday

This weekend (Feb 9th) is Scout Sunday. Our Troop will be participating in Scout Sunday at St. Rita. All are invited to attend 10:30 AM service in Scout Uniform. Anyone who plans on attending should arrive at St. Rita Church by 10:10. If you do not want to attend St. Rita Service, feel free to wear your Scout Uniform to the service of your choice at your own church in honor of Scout Sunday. Anyone who wears their shirt to church service on Sunday, let us know as you will receive a patch.

Visitors

We will have some Webelos visiting our Troop meeting on Monday, be sure be welcoming to our guests. If you know anyone who is interested in Troop 161 feel free to invite them to a Troop meeting and find out what Scouting is all about!
