Court of Honor this Monday

Just a reminder that this Monday is the Court of Honor, and the meeting starts at 7 PM. We do not have a lot of advancement so the meeting should be rather quick. It will also be the first of two money collection nights for our product sales. We ask if you can, please bring a check over cash, but if you don’t have a check, that is fine. We are just trying to limit the amount of cash on hand. If you have not collected all your money yet, you can make a partial payment if you wish. We will have a second collection night next week.

Court of Honor Handout

Be sure to check out the Court of Honor handout HERE, the password to open it is T161. We have a few exciting activities coming up for the next quarter, be sure to check out the handout and sign up for these great events.

Recharter time

One thing of note, annually we must recharter the Troop and its membership with the National Boy Scouts of America. The way we handle this is to just charge all youth the basic fees, making Order of the Arrow and Boy Life optional. So, you will see that fee ($87) from your account credit soon. If you don’t have that in your account after wreath sales, be sure to settle up your account soon. ADULTS, we ask that you confirm you want to continue for another year. We can not recharter unless you have an updated YOUTH PROTECTION completed as well. If you have multiple memberships (multi-unit) please make us aware of that on the form as well.

On a Personal Note

For those who don’t know, as of December 1st, I have accepted a new full-time job. My previous employer was very generous with allowing me time to slip in some scouting things in the work day like answering emails and such, but as I transition to my new job, those types of things will change. Don’t be surprised if your email and phone requests are not answered as quickly as in the past. I am currently working out of Illinois but when fully trained I will be back at the CBTL building doing the new job developing a Wisconsin presence for the Illinois employer. Looking forward to the new opportunities the job entails.

That’s all for now, See you Monday!

Thanks

Mr. F.
