This Monday!

This week we are going to work on a few scout skills, this week we will be working on some knots. Come to the meeting with a rope or two. Matter of fact, if you didn’t use all the paracord at the December meeting, you can use that. We will be having some knot relays too, who is the best at knots?? Come to Monday's meeting and find out.

Are you subscribed to the Troop Facebook page? If not, it a great way to find out about some upcoming events that we don’t always publish in the BSB. One thing you can find out there is some upcoming Merit Badges being offered by the council. Be sure to subscribe at https://www.facebook.com/Troop161Racine. Our goal with Troop communications is the BSB is limited to one publication a week, the advantage of the FaceBook page is we can drop info out as it comes out, especially when it comes to some of the merit badge clinics, they fill up fast.

Advancement Due

Does anyone have advancement? If you do, can you let Mrs. Andersen know. Court of Honor is scheduled for March 1.

Anyone needs service Hours or want to help at the Polar Challenge at Oh-da-ko-ta? If so, let me know, Mrs. Hush is looking for help

PLC is next week February 22th. If you have any idea for the Troop meeting, be sure to let your Patrol Leader know. In March we will be visiting the Police Department virtually, what other careers can we make part of the meeting. Parents, know anyone who has an interesting career, do you ?? We looking for ideas.
