Greetings Troop 161

First thing is that WE NEED YOUR RSVP for the Annual Dinner (yes or no). Right now only a handful of Troop members have RSVP’ed for the dinner and Eagle Court of Honor for Steven Svoren on March 18th Please do so right now by clicking on THIS LINK and letting us know your name and number attending. We are in the final planning stages and need a headcount to order food it is pretty important to ensure we have enough food. Thanks to all those who have RSVP’ed already, your timely response is appreciated.

We will also need some help on the day of the event, set-up will begin at 1PM, we also need some helpers during the dinner. If you would like to be part of the ceremony we can use your help there as well.

Regular Court of Honor This Monday

This Monday will be the regular Court of Honor, we expect each scout and at least one parent to attend, we do not have a lot of advancement this quarter but we have a few other things to discuss, please plan on attending. We are looking for some innovative Super Summer programs too. The Court of Honor handout is located HERE, the password is T161. Check out the Troop Google Calendar for a calendar of upcoming events. Scouting for Food

The weekends of March 11 and 18th are Scouting for food weekends. On the 11th we will be dropping off door hangers on doors of houses on the north side of Racine, then on the 18th, we will be collecting the food that is hanging on the doors. Please plan on attending at least ONE of the weekends but we could use everyone for both weekends. We will be doing the drive with Pack 161. We will meet at St. Rita at 9 AM on both days.
