Rock Climbing this weekend

Just a reminder that we will be doing Rock Climbing this weekend. We will meet at St. Rita at 8 AM (in red Troop shirts) to drive out to Burlington to enjoy some rock climbing. The Gym will open at 9, and I suspect we will be more than exhausted by 11 AM because Mr. Sisak LOVES Culvers, we are going to return the scouts to Culvers on Douglas Avenue at noonish, those that want to have lunch can, those who don’t, don’t have to. We ask that everyone be picked up by 12:30 or 12:45 at the latest. Anyone with cars at St. Rita will be dropped at St. Rita.

Wreath Sales

Next Saturday is the wreath Pick up at my house (5817 Middle Rd). We will call you when your wreaths are ready to be picked up (between 10:30 and 1:30), more details will be in next week’s BSB. Those who have over $1000 of wreath sales will be delivered. If you are not going to be home for pick up, please let us know and we can make other arrangements for pick up.

Popcorn

For those who have Popcorn, Mr. Lyon will be sorting that out and bringing it to the meeting on Monday night, be sure you have a vehicle that can haul your sales.

Money collection

Money for both sales will be due in the first weeks of December, please have checks made out to Troop 161. If you receive cash and want to do ONE check for all cash, that would be helpful to keep our cash on hand to a minimum.

Need HELP

We need some adult and older scout help with the wreath sale, we have pick up and distribution next Saturday, and we have money collections and a few other misc. tasks that we could use help with. If you can help, please let me or Dave Lyon know.
