Wreath Orders due this week

Don’t forget that all wreaths orders are due at the beginning of the meeting THIS MONDAY so we can tabulate the totals and get things ordered. We want these at the beginning of the meeting so that if there are any questions, we can get those answered before you leave. Remember to get all those people on the lists you were given, those people are expecting a call to get their wreaths ordered. If you have not done so, be sure you do it THIS weekend. You must have your orders complete. Your customers will not have a chance to run to store sales to pick a wreath because we are NOT doing store sales this year.

Wreath Pick up

Wreath pick up will be November 21st. You will be called when to pick them up. Those who have $1000 or more in wreaths will get them delivered to their house. If you are not going to be available on the 21st, please let me know so we don’t keep trying to hunt you down.

Annual Registration

Well, it is that time of the year again, time to renew your BSA membership. Fact Sheet HERE. They have moved the date to coincide with the end of the year so they are due in December vs January this year. Why such an increase? The BSA has had a lot of additional costs related to the organization and had to move the fees more in line with the expenses. The fees went up substantially last year but we only paid for 10 or 11 months because we knew this year we would be rechartering in December. The cost of Scouting is still much less than many sports programs that are only part of the year, while Scouting runs a full 12 months. Anyone who will have trouble paying this fee, please let us know, we may be able to find someone able to assist you with these fees.

See you Monday night for another great Troop meeting planned by the youth of our Troop.

Thanks

Mr. F.
