This Monday

Just rea reminder that THIS MONDAY is the final day for product sales, both wreath, and popcorn. Have them done when you arrive so we can go over them before you leave the meeting. For wreaths, be sure to fill out the tally sheet with a total order. Be sure to add your name and phone number to the tally sheet as that is used the day we distribute the wreaths and if you will not be available that day, please note that on the tally sheet, and will not try to track you down. If you have over $1000 in sales, you can make it simpler if you add your address to the sheet too.

If you were given names

If you were given names, PLEASE make sure you call those people, they might be customers that we have had for years and getting a Troop wreath is a tradition just like a tree or gifts, don’t disappoint them. If you would like some more names, I know of one person who is turning some in this weekend, let Mrs. Yonkovich or myself know and we will give you some of those.

Summer Camp 2022

As we all know, Camp Freeland Leslie closed after this season and the Troop is looking for a new summer camp for 2022. The Council is sponsoring a Camp Fair Wednesday via Zoom. We would like to have a watch party at CBTL at 6:45 PM with members of the Troop, especially the PLC, as we need to pick a new camp. During the presentation we will see presentations from several camps in the area. We will also have some discussion among ourselves about what is important in a camp experience so we find a camp that fits best.

Haunted Hayride

Next weekend is the Haunted Hayride, we will meet at St. Rita at 5:15, scouts should pack for all kinds of weather, might be Sunny and 70 and it might be 40 and raining, or all the above. Be sure to bring clothes for all. The grass is almost always wet in the morning and late evening, so be sure to bring footwear that will keep your feet dry. Food will be provided by the patrol, so someone is your patrol is shopping for food, be sure to bring some money to pay them back for the food purchased on your behalf. We will be home late Sunday morning to early afternoon. As far as costumes, which has been discussed at the last few meetings, so scouts should have an idea of what is included in that aspect.
